Unfortunately, the services provided by companies are at a very low level, very often bags are not collected, empty bags are not given out, or garbage is found scattered in front of the house on the sidewalk. I definitely do not recommend it.

I do not recommend. Lack of punctuality in garbage collection. The above-mentioned interventions occurred several times. regarding the matter with the contract supervisor, in the feedback I heard that they forgot to inform about the change in the schedule, and that the lady has other companies and cannot remember all of them, or they will be picked up - it doesn't matter if on another date unknown to anyone. Your answers during telephone conversations are unacceptable in terms of customer service - I call and report for the 4th time that Hetman has not fulfilled the contract - and as an argument I hear that you have other companies and responsibilities on your plate and cannot remember to inform you about the changes. . The contract has been terminated, I do not recommend it - unreliable and unprofessional company.
